Jamie and family, Doug was a true friend, and he will be greatly missed. He took my sisters dog, Thor, after she passed 2 months ago. They were meant for each other. Thor kept Doug hopping. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Jamie and family, it is with sadness we read about Doug, his presence with the elderly folks in the towers will be missed greatly, he was always the first to ask if someone needed help. His love for antiques was always interesting to us.

Jamie and Nicki, It crushes my heart to hear about Douglas. What a beautiful wonderful happy light-hearted carefree person he was! Never a dull moment with him a beautiful soul inside and out and you just smiled when you saw him and he brought joy to everyone. Please accept my condolences for everyone will miss him but he will never ever be forgotten because he is our hippie child forever as Rosemarie, would say! Rest in peace my dear Douglas, rest in peace. Cousin Julie

Doug was the nicest person....always friendly and honest. Rest in peace cousin.

I only knew Doug for a short time, but he was one of the friendliest persons I ever met. He had a true concern for others. He will be sorely missed.
