Dovie was the best mother in law a person could have ever asked for, she was always there when I needed her help and she never judged. Dovie was the rock of our family and she will be greatly missed. RIP Mom, I will love you always.

What a wonderful lady! She was a very kind and loving person. I always felt like a part of the family when I was in her home, which was many, many years, being dear close friends with her daughter's Gay and Linda! Those memories will be with me always! May God Bless you all during this time!

My grama was so special she never met a person she didn't want to help, growing up with grama and grandpa, aunts ,uncles and lots of cousins was the best life I could of asked for! I love you all and wish I could be with you. ....please put a rose on for me. RIP Grama

To the family this breaks my heart to see you lose your mom & grandma they are the trunk to our tree of life :-( Dovie was a very kind, loving lady :-) I will never forget the invites to her house to make the annual XMAS cookies with everyone :-) it ment a lot her kindness, and acceptance!
