Read MoreDr. Ross was one of my favorite people at School Street! He was always kind and understanding. I remember asking him to come to our Home Ec lunch when we invited teachers. I doubt he wanted to come but he was gracious about it. The food was inedible, but he handled it well and thanked me for inviting him. Heaven gained an angel.

I have been a teacher for 31 years as well as a high school football coach. Dr. Ross had a positive impact in my life. He was one of my favorite teachers as my 4th grade teacher in elementary school. Later he became my guidance counselor and junior high football coach at School St. Jr. High School. He made learning/school fun as well as football. God bless him. - Mark Everett
