Not sure what to say?

You were a Marvelous doctor and admired!! I always enjoyed seeing you as well, despite the circumstances of needed skin care. You amazed me with your insght and bedside manor. It was a delight to be your patient.! All visits and concerns became lighter after seeing you. You are greatly loved, and missed. !!

I'm saddened to hear of Dr Blooms passing. Dr Bloom was my dermatologist in Bonham for almost 4 years and I can attest he was a wonderful doctor. We both served during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. My deepest condolences to his entire family.

I was doing a google search for Bob and came across his obituary. He was a first cousin to my mother, Ina Crown Jensen. Ina's mother was Elvina Bloom, Helmer's sister. I am so very sorry for your loss. I was hoping to find as many Bloom relatives as possible in order to plan a reunion in the future. The last one to my knowledge was 1990, Helmer's 90th birthday party which we attended in Chesterton, IN. My email is [email protected] if anyone would like to contact me.

Dr. Bloom was such a happy soul with great energy and compassion! I began seeing him years ago for my skin cancers because he did Mohs surgery. He was always thorough, asked about my life, told me some jokes to ease the fear I felt, and always made me feel listened to and cared for. Thank you Dr. Bloom for your dedication to your patients like me.....you will be greatly missed by all!

I was a patient of Dr. Bloom´s for about 2 years before he closed his practice in Lubbock, TX. I loved going to him. He was so funny always joking around making you feel at ease. My condition was a mystery he would always tell me but he said we will figure it out! He didn´t before he left but he had it under control. I am now flared up again so was looking for another dermatologist when I found his obituary. I´m just so sad... my condolences to his family. He was a great doctor and wonderful...

My 90yr old mother had been a patient of Dr. Bloom for many years. I'd taken her for the last 5 or so, and was always so impressed with his care and concern for her with his knowledgeable, joyful and helpful bedside manner. When I needed a dermatologist in 2019, knew immediately who I'd be seeing, the pleasant Dr. Bloom. Today, Dec 21st, 2021, I needed to make an appointment and was devastated to hear this great man had died. May the Lord comfort his wife, family and all who were blessed to...

I remember Bob and Kathy from medical school before he moved to Texas. Kathy took such good care of the children often alone during a exhausting medical school and residency. My heart goes out to the family as they grieve for their father.

Dr. Bloom was amazing. He was the only one to diagnose my daughters skin condition nad helpedher tremendously. He pulled me outside to ask questions because my daughter is so shy. I knew right then I had found a gem of a doctor. He also helped my son with his acne. We bonded because my daddy was U.S. Navy. He made a huge impact in our lives from the care he delivered. He was amazing. I just found this out when I called to make an appointment for myself. I ma so sorry for this great...
