I am just finding out about Drucilla's passing. I am in disbelief as we grew up as friends and two others in our circle were friends since middle until we graduated from West Haven High School in 1974. My Sista friend, may you rest in peace.

My dear sister, Dru, thank you for being our big sister, for sharing with us your artistic and creative talents. I will miss your crocheted, beautiful blankets you made for all of the family and friends. I will miss your cooking, your intellectual discussions and Saturday and Sunday mornings, sharing favorite throwback music. I will miss your beautiful songstress voice.
