Little brother having a very sad moment so i thought I would send a little something your way

If roses grow in Heaven, Lord
Please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my brothers Duane's arms
And tell him they're from me.

Tell him I love him and miss him,
And when he turns to smile,

Hey, my cousin, Duane,
i often think of you. You came to visit me at Aunt Betty's house. I was so proud of you. You were following your daughter in her training bicycle, smiling with joy. It isn't fair to loose you and my brother-in-law, John, my sister, Sharon's husband passed away on May 1st. My heart goes out to you and your family. May the Lord Jesus be you. We will meet in heaven/paradise someday. I alway love you in my heart. Kelly Venegas(Fresno, CA)

Two memories of Duane resonate in my heart. The first is when Duane was a baby. I was visiting (my cousin) Terrie, and I remember Duane lying down with little Duane, so he would fall asleep. The other sweet memory is during Aunt Bette's funeral reception when I had a long talk with Duane. He was so open, and genuine, and we talked on a level that was deep, and real. I think his sweet soul grew strong, strengthened by his struggles, and his loving heart.
Please know that you are in...

We only knew Duane for a short time, and he was such a loving kind hearted young man who always had a smile on his face. It was a pleasure to have known him. We are so sorry for you're loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. The funeral service was very, very nice. The picture of Duane that emerged from the comments was of a man who was very loving, warm, and he obviously added much to the lives of the people around him. I will miss him. I will never forget him.

I remember Duane from high school. He is gone from this place way too soon. I am so sorry for his family.
