Earl Walcott Gunn Jr.

I just opened the letter from Dr. Gunn's staff - so surprised! He was my dentist for 20 years, and my son's for all of his life. My son's name is Chandler, the same as one of his grandsons =) He was a great man, kind soul, and such a wonderful dentist. I always get nervous going to the dentist, even to have my teeth cleaned, but he always calmed me easily. I will miss him something fierce, but I know he'll take all of the love from here with him on his new journey. Sending love and peace...

We just learned of Dr. Gunn's passing today and both my husband and I are so very sad. He was a wonderful man and we extend deepest sympathies to the his family and staff.

I WAS 18 IN 1961 WHEN I MET DR EARL GUNN WHO WAS THE BEST DENTIST EVER AND A WONDERFUL CARING FRIEND FOR THE ENTIRE 52 YEARS THAT HE WAS MY DENTIST AND MY CHILDRENS DENTIST. ALWAYS SMILING, ALWAYS REMEMBERING MY FAMILY, EXHUSBAND AS WELL AS KIDS AND PARENTS AND SISTER. I GUESS HE WAS MY OLDEST FRIEND AND I ALWAYS ENJOYED SEEING HIM. HE GAVE EVERYONE HAPPINESS AND LAUGHTER. HE HAD A GREAT CAPACITY FOR LOVE OF FAMILY ALWAYS ( AND THE PETS) TO THE FAMILY YOU DON'T KNOW ME BUT I KNEW YOU ALL...

So saddened to hear of his death. He was truly a wonderful dentist and man. Will certainly miss his smile and stories. May the Flamingo nitelight shine on.

I was 3rd generation family going to Dr. Gunn. That should say it all. My deepest to the Gunn family and to the Office Family as well. I never knew of many people who enjoyed going to the Dentist, but I did.

To the family of Dr. Earl Gunn, Our heart is broken after hearing of the death of our dear friend and Doctor. My husband and I have been seeing. Dr. Gunn for many, many years and we will certainly miss his wonderful smile and our talks about football. Our thoughts our with his family and the wonderful people that worked for him.

So Sorry,to hear of Dr.Earl passing. I will really miss him coming to the recycling center with his dogs. Really a great man

Dr Gunn has been my dentist my whole life and just from my few visits a year I could tell that he had a gift of brightening people's days...even in a dentist chair! My thoughts and prayers are with both his family at home and his office family.
