Aloha Oe, Until we meet again

Our dear Earl B. We will always have fond memories of you in our hearts. Growing up with the Jones family across the street was a joy; tending our Nipper, all the wonderful chats. We know that Bob and Netnet were among the first to greet you as you walked through the veil. What a awesome reunion it must have been.

President Jones was one of the kindest, genuine men I have known. Growing up in Granite Stake he showed interest in me as a person. I was surprised by the many kind acts he did for me and my family when he certainly didn't have to! I will always remember his friendly smile, twinkling eyes, and heart of gold.

Earl was one if the kindest men in our Lincoln/Forest Dale wards. He frequently would open his home for ward gatherings where he would pay for a band and delicious steak dinners for everyone. His generosity and open-hearted personality will long be remembered.

When I moved in next door to Earl in Sugarhouse, it first seemed we didn't have much in common. I was in my late 20s and he in his 80s. We were not of the same faith. President Jones was one very special man. He had the most positive disposition, have always loved and admired this great man!
