Condolences to the MAYO FAMILY. Earl and were friends since the 4th grade at Richardsn Elementary School. Earl was the ki d of person who was always there for you, good times and bad. When I received recognition from the University of Maryland and could only bring one guest. Earl showed up uninvited. He said that I showed up for his Morgan State Hall of Fame induction and no one was going to keep him from attending my recognition. We were friends for over 70 years. RIP " GOOD BUDDY"
