Do you remember when u asked me to create Lebanese names for you and Pat? only a unique person would ask such a thing! I got so excited to see the outcome! yours came out to be: NABIL ELMOUROUJ MALEK SIMPSON III...AND PATRICK'S: "Karim Elsharif Malek SIMPSON". You were so happy...I wanted to see you, God needed an extra angel...I won't argue with God! I love you...see you in heaven...

I wrote a stupid page and a half about how lucky I was to have known you Earl, but I erased it all because it sounded like a dumb yearbook signature or something. It wasn't enough. All I have to say is a long time ago there was this kid who thought he knew everything, but he didn't. He was all talk. Then he met you, and learned how to live. You taught that to everyone, not just me. And anyone who is reading this, you know darn well you couldn't keep up with him either - no one could. See you...
