Our grandfather was absolutely one of a kind. He had a strong assertiveness to him that I can say I am blessed to have learned. Poppop always had the best stories. From telling over and over about his days in the band or the sparkle in his eye when he talked about the first time he seen Vicki. I was blessed to have seen him in February. We sat and he told me stories of him and his brother. He reminded me of things that we did when I was a little girl that I couldn’t believe I had forgotten....
