Thank you Chef! Your skillful gift of thorough training and knowledge allowed me to become a professional chef and enjoy a successful career spanning nearly 40 years.

As a class of `76 graduate, Eberhart was full of life in the kitchen and classroom. His sense humor, and genuine caring for the class was amazing. He was a great man, great mentor, and I know he was a very loyal family man and friend to many. He surely helped give me a boost into my culinary career, and I will always be thankful.

I too was in that first class in 1967, Eberthard had a hard time adjusting to teenagers fooling around like we did. But he would be proud of what we learned from him. Today my whole family is still in foodservice in June we open our 7th full service restaurant. Thank you Eberhart.....

I was in the 1st graduation class from the new TVI in `67 and Eberhrd was a young teacher with great talent and everyone learned much from him. He became a Life long friend as well!
