Ed Keefer

I was saddened to hear of Ed's passing. I met Ed when I was a young pharmacist at American River Hospital. I was there from 1966 until mid 1972. If I remember correctly Ed was a pharmaceutical representative for Roerig Pharmaceutical company? He was such a friendly and outgoing guy and we hit it off grandly. If I could hit a golf ball that straight, I'd be a pro. We were always laughing together. He and I both had Jeffs as our sons' names. Our Jeff was also a Hornet. "Stingers up!" Bobbie...

I was sorry to read of Ed's passing in the Sacto Bee and my condolences go out to his family. I worked a bit with Ed in Sacramento on a construction related project and I enjoyed his company and found him to be a very caring and up lifting person to be around! Rest in peace my friend!
