Ed Young

My old friend Ed Young, was good man in so many ways. Unimposing, unassuming, humble and kind. Quick with a smile and generous with his time and knowledge. Ed loved the outdoors and especially fishing. We shared many outdoor activities and fishing trips together over the years, had a lot of fun and laughs and Ed taught me so much about specific places and techniques for successful fishing in our area. Some of my favorites with Ed were the times we just sat and talked over a cup of coffee....

Ed lived across the street from my family, the Morgan' on 9th Street in Philomath when we were growing up. We had great times up on the hill and many wonderful memories. He was such fun and a good athlete. My sincere condolences to his family.

We love you guys. Your dad was a great man. We have lots of good memories of him. Many were made in the Philippines when he was in the service!

I remember Ed in high school and he was a great athlete and so darn cute. I was a lot younger but I know he was well so popular. Condolences to his family.
