Eric and Guy, I just returned to Houston and learned of your father's death. I regret your loss. Your father and your mother were exceptional people.

Ed was a valued colleague and friend for over 31 years. His life, whether in good health or poor, was an inspiration for us all.

The Hagstettes was like 2 more grandparents for me. Anytime I would go to their house and mr.H would ask me do I want some cookies or if I do not come they would ask about me all the time I will really really really really really miss them Ilove you all

I had great pleasure in working and knowing mr&mrHAGSTETTE better known as (mr&mrs H) I work for them 3yrs I learned a lot of things from mr&mrs H they was very nice people and my family and I will miss them very much.

It is with heavy hearts that we
receive the news, from Guy, of
his father's passing.
We share your grief, but find great
comfort in our knowledge that Ed
and Peggy are together again.

The passing of a parent is a grievous event, even after a very long and full life. My mother passed away only two weeks ago at 97, so I understand your loss.

But your grief must be matched with pride for a life so marked by distinction and achievement. Your father was obviously a man who will long be remembered.
