You were the most caring, extraordinary man. I akways missed your stories and walks at Presidio. You were the perfect gentleman and boss. May you be resting in peace.

I join my mother, Lucille, in remembering Edgar and his vivid personality. There are so many stories that I dont know where to begin. My eternal thanks to Eggs for arranging my 12th birthday party at the San Francisco Zoo at night. A very special lifelong memory! Love always, Joan

Edgar was a dear friend and great companion to Mom. She loved his ability to talk about any subject, his dry wit and his unflinching defense of animals.

undimmed by distance. A fine gentleman who leaves a splendid legacy. A sad loss...at any age.
