To the Mendoza family I offer my condolences. I knew Edna for several years. She had such a wonderful personality and a big heart. She always enjoyed family. For the short amount of time I knew Edna she will be missed. I am so sorry for her children please know that God has her in the palm of his hand. He will never give us more than we can handle. Edna has gone home to the Lord and we should be so lucky. Rest in peace Edna.

I am deeply sorry in the loss of your most wonderful mother. The few times I got to visit with her was of great blessing and pleasure. She was a person with a great sense of love for all of you. I always loved her beautiful personality and character. Your mom was an exceptional young lady with so much for society, but mainly you, her children, the joy of her life. You have no idea how much I regret not knowing of her passing until I saw the announcement for her 1st Anniversary. My deepest condolences to all of you, and Vangie, I am so sorry. May the Lord continue to strengthen you all and May your loving and lovely mother RIP.

Edna worked for my parents at the Piggly Wiggly many years ago. My parents always commented that she was one the best employees! Often spoke of her positive attitude and strong work ethic. I personally remember that she was always cheerful. May she rest in peace in the arms of our Lord.

I didn't get a chance to say goodbye Tia Edna. Just as you had a place in my heart and you gave me motherly advice. I cherish each moment we had at all our family gatherings.
