I have had the priviledge to know Eddie for over 12 years . I am married to his son David . Even though Eddie and I were not all that close I really did respect him. I always saw his face light up when he saw his kids and all of his grandkids enter his house, I knew he was very proud of each and every one of them. I will miss him greatly and my prayers are with his family forever.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Uncle Eddie was an incredible man and will be missed dearly. His deep laugh (and the way his face lit up) will always bring a smile to my face! I remember when I was younger, when the kids in school would talk about their aunts and uncles, I would talk about Uncle Eddie because he was called "Uncle Red"(big red by me) and I thought it was great that I had an uncle named after 'Clifford', the Big, Red dog! Thank-you to everyone who has helped with prayers and comforts. This loss of my Dad really opened our eyes to true friendship and importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. My Dad is in Heaven and we who are saved will be like him one day in the presence of God. What comfort and what a goal to look forward to again.
