I have had the priviledge to know Eddie for over 12 years . I am married to his son David . Even though Eddie and I were not all that close I really did respect him. I always saw his face light up when he saw his kids and all of his grandkids enter his house, I knew he was very proud of each and every one of them. I will miss him greatly and my prayers are with his family forever.

Aunt Jackie and family,

I am truly sorry for your loss. Uncle Eddie was an incredible man and will be missed dearly. His deep laugh (and the way his face lit up) will always bring a smile to my face! I remember when I was younger, when the kids in school would talk about their aunts and uncles, I would talk about Uncle Eddie because he was called "Uncle Red"(big red by me) and I thought it was great that I had an uncle named after 'Clifford', the Big, Red dog! None of the kids could top that.........God rest your soul Uncle Eddie. Til we meet again (and we will meet again).

To the family, you are in my prayers always and if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know.

Love, Karen McDougal-Grdina

This is to my brothers' family,I know Eddie is with God now. All we each have left is our memories, of our lives with him, each one has their own personal memories, that no one can ever erace. Its stored in our book of laughter AN TEARS AND THE LOVE he gave to us all.NOW He's even beat me into heaven, I can just imagine his face, he's spoiling my little Angel David, because I told him how I envied him, for beating me there first. He an Mom & Daddy, baby David,Val,an Sherry are siting with my Jesus, and telling the old time stories, of all the love they were Blessed with.We are so blessed to have," so much LOVE " in our families, that GOD has given us. I just want all to know in my family, I love each and every one of you, an JESUS DOES TOO! JACKIE YOU WERE SENT BY GOD TO BE MY BROTHERS WIFE,HE KNEW YOU WOULD ALWAYS STAND BESIDE HIM,YOU ARE A GOD SENT ANGEL. I WILL ALWAYS ADMIRE AN LOVE YOU, FOR GIVING HIM so-oo much love & SUCH WONDERFUL CARE, RIGHT TO THE END. MAY GOD FLOW his MANY BLESSINGS on you. Eddie I will miss you,big brother greatly, and my heart will have yet another piece broken off,Until I can join them, its such a short time away. Jackie,I'm proud to call you my sister and will always love you.Love your sister in Christ,Carol

Thank-you to everyone who has helped with prayers and comforts. This loss of my Dad really opened our eyes to true friendship and importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. My Dad is in Heaven and we who are saved will be like him one day in the presence of God. What comfort and what a goal to look forward to again. Next time I see my dad he will be able to say full sentences without gasping for air. I look forward to that reunion. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. with this comes this: 1John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Jackie, Mrs. Bardwell and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Ed was always very nice to me and my family. I remember when you all first moved to Lowell from Griffith, it was as if I had known you and your family forever. Having lost my own Father I can tell you that I never stop thinking of the times with him growing up and with my own children. Memories will always be there. Though it can't replace our Fathers, it is wonderful to have so many times to treasure. It seems just like yesterday Jackie, that we were just hanging out at LHS. You are in my thoughts and prayers. If you need me I am here. Love, Sue (O'Neill) Moynihan

Jackie and the Bardwell family: I will always remember your dad carting us to football and basketball games when we were best friends in Griffith JR High~just so we could see Kizzy Mouse play. Your dad was always a jolly man and fun to be around~he always had time to stop in and shoot the breeze with my parents. I've lost both of my parents and I know the sorrow and pain you feel right now. Losing a parent is one of the hardest things in life. God bless you and your family. You're in my thoughts and prayers. I am currently in KC, MO for the holiday or I would be at the service.
