To The Entire Brunson family:
Jim and I will miss Ed and his great sense of humor. They truly broke the mold when Ed was born. What a dear and kind man. We will miss his gentle smile and warm laughter.

Ed,
We have lost a good friend, sailor and an occasional poker player. You always had good things to say about everyone......or you just didn't......

I'll miss your smile and humor. I'm sure your looking down on us with a good book in hand. Your missed my friend.

Although I have not seen Ed for years, I was saddened to hear the news of his passing. I have great memories of Ed from the days at Coquina Harbor. He was one of the most positive people I knew. If I ever needed a smile, all it took was to see him, and I would instantly feel good. Even though I didn't know him very well, he always seemed to have a genuine way of making me feel special.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. He exposed me to so many wonderful things, ie. sailing, traveling, and how to be a giving, loving person and that was a great gift. He was not the type of person that you would ever forget. I was blessed to have known him. My thoughts are with you. My deepest sympathy for you all.

To the Brunson family and the "pretty babies"..If you hear anyone say "HE'S A NICE GUY" you know they are talking about our wonderful friend Ed Brunson....Two things you could always count on with Ed was that big beautiful smile, and his positive attitude....He loved his family and was always loyal to his friends....He also introduced my to his friend who is now my friend of 30 years Elliot Schwartz......I will miss him deeply, but will always have a smile on my face when his name is...

To lose Ed was a passing of an era. My childhood holds fond memories of Brunson, my step-dad (Ed Eckert), and Mack. I felt as though I was watching them grow-up along side me. Their sea stories were my favorite! I love the one of them being "stuck-out @ sea" , and as the waves picked up, they were attacked by fly-fish.- 1 hitting Brunson in the head. Or the time he lost the tip of his finger on the boat, then calmly asked for a drink. Then there was Corbin's. The original rat pack had the...

our thoughts are with the family.

To Jille & the entire Brunson Family,
My prayers & thoughts are with you all. Although I only knew Ed for a short time, it was always such a pleasure to be around him & to share in his tremendous joy of life. Just thinking of Ed brings a smile to my heart.
