Not sure what to say?

In today´s world, everyone is taking selfies and trying to get their `five minutes of attention´. Ed Chambers was always looking for somebody else to help in some way. Whether it was another official, or a student, or someone in the community, he was thinking of ways to help them. I know, because I am one of those helped by Ed Chambers. He is and will be missed.

Such an honor to have known him. I will always cherish the times we spent fishing in the mountains together. What a great and patient teacher he was. May the memories and the many lives he touched comfort the family at this time.

I will always remember my days at French Broad elementary school. I love Mr. Chambers although I have to admit there were times I was a little afraid of him. He and Lynn Were amazing influences In the lives of many kids. Rest in peace, Mr. Chambers. Prayers to Brady and the rest of the family.

My sincere condolences, Brady and family for your sudden loss of this great man. Your Mom and Dad are remembered as key figures in my childhood days in going to church at Mount Carmel and seeing your Dad on the court ALL THE TIME! My prayers for your dear memories to help your broken hearts.

Recalling many fun times with Ed as we were Principals together in the Buncombe County School System.A very kind man!

Edward was my teacher, coach but most of all friend. He taught me to be strong when I didn't think I could. He made me face the hard time with the good times. He made into a young lady that believed she could do and face anything. For that I Thank him and will never forget him No more pain and suffering. May you rest in peace my friend.
