It's 1969 and i'm walking down the street in Anaheim, California when someone taps me on the shoulder and says"Mike, how 'ya doin?" I turn and there is Eddie absolutely BEAMING at me as I am sure he was as happy as I to see a familiar face so far away from home. We were both at Camp Pendleton on our way to Asia. Although I haven't seen Ed in many years we enjoyed playing and competing with one another. I always thanked Ed for recommending me to the basketball coach at the University of Hartford-my condolences to his family and friends.
