Not sure what to say?

Im speechless, its 2020 and Im now reading into this , heaven opened up the gates and took him to a better place , Once my teacher who I would cry to my problems at home , a man of his word ! A blessing who came into my life as a kid ! Will love and miss for ever !
Miguel berben class of 1996 York elementary!

I worked with Ed in the annex at PVMS at HSD. He is truly an awesome, patient and giving man. Ed always was optimistic, positive and a hard worker. Thanks for all you did! You will be missed!!

Ed was a colleague, a mentor, and a FRIEND. He'll be sorely missed. Good thoughts, good memories...

So humble and unassuming, Ed was a great man and a great friend. I will always remember the tenderness in his voice when he spoke of you, Sharry, and the pride in his eyes when he spoke of your boys - from the time they were toddlers 'til the last time I saw him! He loved you all so! My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sharry, please know you can call on me ANY time!

Sharry and Family,
Our family truly loved Ed. My son, Brooks, and my daughter, Bailey, will always remember Ed's kind words and his inspiration in the RB Summer Sailing Program. Bailey was clearly upset when she learned that Ed had passed and she said, "He didn't deserve it." I reminded her that we were SO lucky to know such a man and have him in our lives. It is because of Ed that she found a passion for sailing. No other person has ever had that kind of effect on her. Our hearts are...

My memories of starting a teaching career in Hawthorne will always start with Ed Neubauer. He was one of the first teachers I met and became a wonderful friend and colleague. He was always the first person any student or teacher could always go to for an uplifting talk or,just a friendly chat. I especially will always remember my first camping trip at York Elementary. He was so kind and patient with me the "inexperienced camper" and even had the children laughing with me as he carried me down...

I'll always remember...
..his anticipation, enthusiasm competitiveness, but fun spirit leading up to the track meet at York. And his determination to keep that trophy.

..the same competitive spirit leading up to the egg/water balloon toss at the annual HETA picnic, and his patient, but serious instruction on how to catch and toss properly.

how he never seemed phased by the fact that the staff room was full of women. One year he convinced us all to buy...

Dear Sharry,

I was so sorry to hear about Ed. I graduated from North High with him. Jason, Justin and Jonas attended Jefferson Elementary while I was the secretary there.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the boys at this difficult time.

I will never forget the time that Ed took me out to celebrate my birthday. It turned out to be one of my best birthdays. That night, Ed, myself and 50 to 60 sixth graders went on a star gazing hike after campfire. Earlier in the day, I had told a group of students that I was hoping to see a falling star that night, the night of my birthday, so that I could make a special wish. Though a star gazing hike was not on the agenda that night, Ed having overheard my conversation, decided to make the...
