Running into Eddie Ferro at Raleys produce department would often end up in a recipe exchange. Though I went to school with Eddie, where we never spoke to each other, and worked with his sister Judy, where we rarely spoke, it was at the produce department where Eddie came alive. As a bigger than life person, he will leave a void in the hearts of those who knew him best. Condolences to Judy, Celeste and families...

My condolences to all of Ed's family. I am sure he will be missed. I started in the DA's Office shortly after he got into Law Enforcement. Our paths crossed many times with a lot of them as a witness of mine while a Prosecutor or later in a trial in my Court. He was always very professional and well prepared. He was a great representative of the Modesto Police Department.

I am so very sorry for the huge loss I know you are all feeling. I spent enough holidays with you all that Eddie felt like family to me just as you do Judy and Celeste. He was quite the joker. Always so much fun. My heart is with you all.
I hope the memories of those precious times gives you some strength to cope with this loss.
With so much love
Robyn

Thank you Ed for for looking out for me when I needed it the most. I was glad you were the officer to respond. RIP. PS...Brad and I are taking good care of your precious Jay kitty.

Hi Uncle Eddie, IM REPORTING IN.....( an inside family joke) I've often been told of how you saved my life. When i was a baby i stroller-ed myself into the deep end of a swimming pool you came to my rescue. As a young girl i remember you driving around in that gold Porsche and you dogies were with you. That car and the dogs always smelled like you. My girlfriends always thought it was so cool to have an uncle as a policeman. You always loved the girls LOL . We had the best of times at our...

There are no words to express the hole left in my heart the day that you left us. I will hold the last few months we had to together close to my heart until my last breath. I will keep your spirt alive by always telling your stories. I will miss your calls and your voicemails. Fly high with the angels, Dad. I hope your are singing your heart out. Until we meet again, I love you. Your one and only.
