Eddie was a school friend from middle to high school. So saddened by the news. I was happy I got to see him at the last Fairmont reunion. I'll never forget your great sense of humor, smile and that red hair. My heart goes out to the family.

Debbie, Eddie & Heidi,

I am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I just found out about it. I first met Ed when he and I coached youth football many years ago and always enjoyed being in his company. I hadn't seen him for a while but please know how well liked he was in the community. He will be missed. God bless all of you.

I just heard the news about Ed's passing and send my heartfelt condolences. I worked with Ed as NEIEP Education Coordinator for IUEC Local 11. In September 2004 my 25 year old son was killed in an auto accident and Ed traveled to my home in Allentown, PA to pay his respects. I will never forget his words of sympathy that act of kindness shown to me and my family. My territory changed and we were out of touch but I heard of his illness and retirement. I managed to get his cell phone number and called him last year. Ed was a fine man and a credit to the IUEC. He will be missed.
