It's been almost a year now without Dad. Yet he is always with me, with all of us who love him. It fills my heart with joy to see him living on in his grandchildren. Ed was a strong supporter of the Learning Institute For Elders at the University of Central Florida. As President of LIFE he initiated the first formal agreement with UCF that created a lasting partnership with the University. I also had the privilege of serving on several of the ships built by Electric Boat that Ed's Quality Control division insured were the world's finest and safest nuclear submarines in the world.
