82 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 10, 2015. A graveside service will be held at 9:00AM, Friday, December 18th at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Following the graveside service, a memorial mass will be held at 10:30AM, Friday, December 18th at Christ Episcopal Anglican Church, 35500 N. Cave Creek Rd.
