To the Kapfhammer Family: My condolences to Ed's family. Although I didn't personally know Ed I did know Mike from little league baseball and as his classmate at Bishop David. We grew up together for a while in Shively . Mike had shared condolences with me when my brother passed away back in March 2011 .
