Not sure what to say?

Karen, We are saddened about the passing of your husband, Ned. We remember the wonderful times together at Mark Wilson Conferences or IADR meetings. This past May at the Penn Dental 50th Class Reunion we visited Ned in his office, filled with papers, books and "stuff." We are sure he knew where everything was--a sign of a great scientist. He had a magnificent persona filled with kindness and love. Ned will be remembered.

To Captain Lally's family, please know he had a profound impact on all of us Navy shipmates. I am a Physician Assistant because of his encouragement. Fair Winds and Following Seas: Constance Morrison, HMC, (FMF) RET

Thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time

Many are the memories.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

We will be forever grateful for our visit with Ned and Karen in November, even if it was when he was in ICU. It did a lot to boost the morale of my husband Bill, Ned and Karen. Ned promised to visit us in Houston, and I know he would have made good on that promise if given the chance. We cherish that memory and the long friendship we have shared with the Nally's. And give the glory to God who has kept us close since Navy days! Karen, our prayers are with you and the kids. We know this...

Wishes for peace and fond memories during this time. As a friend of Caitie's - I'm sure many of the wonderfully generous, joyous and kind ways she touches other's lives is attributed to her parents. I'm glad to hear that she's had this time to spend with her Father to celebrate his spirit. May you celebrate Ned's spirit and memories of him bring the family joy even in the depths of grief.

With deepest sympathy,

My condolences to the family. I met Ned when he was a junior dental student and I was a dental assistant student at Pitt. We sometimes worked together during his senior year. Then several years later we were in the same Naval Reserve Unit in Philadelphia. I remember him as a happy go lucky guy with a great sense of humor. I know he will be missed by all.
