Not sure what to say?

Four years have gone by, but it seems like yesterday! My dear brother-in LOVE you are truly missed.

Ed(known@ FRB) was the hardest working man at the Board! Mild mannered and nice individual to know. Rest in Peace Ed

Eddie, it is really hard to believe it has been a year. After selfishly wanting to you stay, I realize God knew best. He saw the pain, extended his hand, and peacefully guided back to my sister and your grandson Ryan. We just thank God that you did not have to witness this pandemic on this side. Forever, my BIG BROTHER!

My deepest condolences to Ed McDowell's family Rest in Peace Ed.You were a hardworking man for FRB! Angee Mitchell

To my dearest brother-in-law (brother). I have questioned myself and wondered whether or not if I did enough! Did I make the doctors move fast enough? Was I sure about what I was hearing?

But, God has sent me the peace through my spirit telling me that I did all I could and it was simply your time. I knew Monday something was different but had I known it would be the last time I would lay eyes on you alive, I would have stayed longer!

As I traveled to your funeral last Thursday,...

To Ed's Family,
I worked closely with Ed for all my years at the FRB in our statistics' years. Ed and I tested and supported the installation of Board STAR. My respect and true affection for Ed borders only on Pat Welch and Martha Bethea. Plus Ed supported all Districts with utmost professionalism and quality.

I will miss Ed so much and so will the Entire Statistics Function of the Federal Reserve. Good Bye my Friend. Bob Black
