Not sure what to say?

I cant believe its been 10 Years. What an amazing man. Incredibly humble, kind and caring. His small book of bible quotes that he linked to different trials in his own life filled the parishioners that spoke to him with hope and inspirational

I recently learned of Fr. Ed's passing. In the 1960's

My son and I recently learned of Fr. Moretti's passing. Unfortunately, my own father's passing had kept my son and I away from the church...and learning of Fr. Moretti's passing brought us home. Even in death, Fr. Moretti's spiritual presence is ever powerful. You will be missed. Your love of God, the church and all of His people was evident. You're in His loving care and in our prayers. Please take care of my son's grandpa.

My dad, who was not very spiritual and certainly not Catholic, considered Father Moretti a good friend. On my dad's last day alive, we called Father Moretti, who immediately rushed to the hospital to administer last rites (and who immediately left as my dad's passing was obviously upsetting to him). I have always been very grateful to Father Moretti for his kindness that day, and his friendship with my dad.

Fr Ed help my family through a very tough time when my young daugther died, We will always be thankful to him for all of his help. God Bless you Fr Ed.

Monsignor was a distant cousin of mine, and over the last 15 years we had several opportunities to talk on the phone and meet for coffee. I can see why he was selected to be the Vicar-General of the Diocese: he was the best of what you would want in a priest and in a bishop. May God bless his soul and bring him to Heaven. "His life was an inspiration...his memory a benediction."

Father Moretti was such a wonderful man, he is sadly missed. I so looked forward to his Mass and the words that he spoke from his own experiences and his love of Jesus Christ. He was such an inspiration. Thank you. My condolences to his family.

To Fr Moretti's family: I am so sorry for your loss. What an amazing human being. To know someone so real and with so much faith is truly unusual. He helped me draw closer to God. As a young mother with cancer not knowing my fate he reminded me that when there is no where else to turn it is Him who we can lean on. Thank you Fr Moretti for your gift of compassion. I deeply regret that I didn't tell you goodbye.
