Not sure what to say?

Sadly, I did not know Dr. Page, however, I know how proud his mother was of him. I had the pleasure of Mrs. Page and Margaret McMillan taking care of my two youngest children back in the 60's at their home on St. Augustine Rd.
The Page-McMillan Day Care was a godsend for working families as myself. There are many fond memories of those days and the wonderful care my children received. Reading the messages just reinforces his heritage. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends....

Mrs.Page & Family,
I had the wonderful priviledge of working with Dr.Page at the OLD St. Luke's Hospital. He was one of those physicians who was truly was Dedicated. His Dedication wasnt only to his patients. I remember him umpiring a Charity Softball Game for one of the Nurses who had been in a car accident. When we moved out to the New St. Luke's Hospital we were in the same building The Roger Main Building. I worked for Dr. David Dalton. We shared the on going battle of Ga/Fl Game...

condolences to the Page family, Gene and I were team mates at LHS and I thought a great deal of him. Gene was voted "Most Outstanding Player" in the Northeast Conference in 1956. I was blessed to have received that same honor in 1957. It was special because Gene called me from UF to congratulate me. I was fortunate to have known him and to have him as a friend.
God bless his family. Lester "Punk" Mason Birmingham AL

Dear Pat, Gene, Fred and families,

It was with great sadness that I learned of Gene's passing. I had just received a wonderful photo of the ceremony honoring him at NOL a few weeks prior when they named the clubhouse and one of the fields for him. What a fitting tribute to one who gave so selflessly to the program for so many years. Gene touched so many lives through his love of baseball and willingness to continue sharing that gift long after Gene and Fred had graduated from the...

I was so saddened to hear of Dr. Page's passing. I worked as his nurse many years ago when he was with the private practice and have a great respect for him and his wonderful touch with all who came in contact with him. He was indeed a very special man!

TO Mrs.Page,Gene,&Fred
I was sadden to hear Dr.Page had gone to glory. He was one of my most
favorite physician's.He was a true
GATOR and also a John Wayne fan.I will miss him deary.May God bring
the Page family comfort in your loneliest moments.

I loved working with Dr. Page, both at St. Luke's and Mayo Clinic. He always had a smile on his face and kind words to say. He was very approachable and always had time for you no matter what he was doing. I will miss him dearly, but I know all of Heaven has a smile on their face

I met Dr. Page on July 7, 2005, and that meeting changed the course of my life. Twenty-one days later, because “his nose” still wanted more answers, I underwent a heart cath and on the same day a triple bypass and repair of a hole in my heart which gave me, is giving me, a longer life. He was my “Wizard of Oz” and for that my family and I will be forever grateful. But that is not all, I learned to love Dr. Page as a father over this very short time, and when his illness was diagnosed I...
