I was fortunate to have worked for Mr. Pattara at Gustos on 99th Street. I was a good friend of Vince's and his dad was nice enough to give me my first "real job." As a young man, it was very important to be exposed to a strong and gentle role model. Mr. Pattara was physically imposing, but a true gentleman, in every sense of the word. He was very patient and kind, which may be difficult when employing a highschool kid...especially me. He will always hold a special place in my memories. Danny...
