Final farewell

Well, I guess we didn't go to Hearse Castle, but Hearst Castle in San Simeon, CA. I have been justly corrected.

I met Ed in the fall of 2000 when it was suggested by a mutual friend that I consider moving in with him at his house in Paradise. He had lost his wife the year before and was living up there all by himself. He was 80 at the time. So, we tried it for a month. Wow, that was 14 years ago - that's a long month!

I will always think of Ed and Sean in the same memories. K9 Crossroads and just visiting. A good friend to my mom as well. What a loveable man! God bless your rest.

Enjoy your books Ed. It was so good to know you.

I didn't know Ed very long, less than a year, and only spent time with him on two occasions. I could just tell he was a good human being. He won my heart. I'll miss him too.
