What a glorious time for your Daddy when he opened his eyes and saw God. That is what we all strive for. He is no longer in pain or any discomfort. Your Daddy now only knows love,joy, beauty and peace. He knows his love carries on in you and the rest of your family. You will see him again one glorious day. Love you.??

Condolences to the family and God's comfort for the family and friends who knew and loved Mr. Pope. I had the priviledge and honor of knowing and working with him from 2003 -2010 at DJJDP. Mr. Pope knew nearly everyone and was the go to guy to get things that were not in the budget for the youth that we served. I am so very sorry for your loss of such a wonderful person in our lives. I have known Ed for the pass six years and I have been proud to call him my friend. As his family, I know you will miss him. We as his friends will miss him as well. In the days ahead when you feel the sadness, think of Ed smiling, because he gave so much of himself to so many people. He was loved!

Mr. Pope has been in my life since I was 16 yrs. old & I will truly miss him.. He was very special to me for many reasons the main one is he "Lead me to the Lord, yea right at the Dry Cleaners.. He was a great friend & mentor that encouraged me to do many things in my life that I would only have done b/c of him.. I love him dearly and I know the angels are rejoicing in Heaven since his arrival..
