Dear Lucille, Linda, and Laura,
I am heartbroken to hear of your loss. I taught at South Street School for 26 years of my teaching career. Practically every day I went out for a walk past the Sew Vac. Edward and I chatted often. He spoke so highly of his family over the years. It was always a bright spot in my day to just open the door and say hello. You are all blessed to have had such a wonderful husband/father. Ed had been the only person to do any work on my sewing machine, and that's how I met him while searching for someone to do so. He was always kind & thoughtful. When my husband & I retired to Glen Crest apartments, there he was with wife Lucille, & our friendship continued. He will be missed by many. Condolences to his special family.
