Not sure what to say?

Just got a card from my aunt lee . So sad. Uncle ed was a special guy. Loved him. Sending our love and blessing. From the okeefe family.

To Sue and her family, so sorry to hear of the passing of your father. Prayers for you all.

My Dad, John Sweeney always spoke so highly of Ed. They were very good friends who had great respect for each other. My thoughts and prayers are with the Sweeney family. He was a good man!

To all the Sweeney family, we have fond memories of Ed and Lee and their children. Ed and my father, John Sweeney, were close friends from their Army days and remained friends all through the years. A good and gentle man he was, always had a kind word for everyone.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Lee, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Ed was a wonderful role model and such a good and gentle man. We were thinking about you and so sorry we were not able to attend his funeral. Love, Neil and Arlene Dougherty

I truly would love to have been able to go to the funeral. I knew him as a lecter at church and Lee, his wife, as a choir member. He is survived by a wonderful family. You can be sure you are in my prayers.

Dad, You were simply the best father and grandfather ever. The turnout for all of the services is truly a testament to how much you were loved and respected.

Cathy I am so sorry for your loss. Please know I am praying for you and all your family. God Bless. Joyce McHugh

Our sympathy to you
