Dear Raye,
I was so very sad to read of Ed's death. He was a very good friend, and everyone who knew him was so greatful for his friendship. He was a tremendous member of the Breakfast Association, and was there almost every Wednesday morning at River Oaks for our weekly meetings. I remember the good times at our annual Christmas Dinner-Dance. Every member, I know, joins me in sending you our deepest sympathy. Ed was a great friend. I will miss him so very much.
