Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Battley: Just a quick note to express my sincere condolences. I only just read of Professor Battley's passing. He was the instructor for the introductory zoology course I took as an incoming freshman in the fall of 1973 (our textbook was Integrated Principles of Zoology by Cleveland Hickman, 4th Ed.). Dear Susan: So sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May your memories and friends provide you comfort and light.

Dear Susan, I am so sorry for your loss. Yours was a wonderful love story. Wishing you strength during this difficult time.

Dear Susan,

Oh, Sue, so very sorry to hear of your loss. The many years together speak of the strength of the love you shared. I hope the sorrow and darkness will soon be replaced by the sweetness of the happiness you knew together. Hugs...

Susan,
So sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in your memories of a long life together.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. I never met your husband, but I know you've been together a long, long time. Hoping you find peace and strength.
