We were introduced to Ed by a dear friend ... his warmth and sincerity were obvious. We were lucky enough to enjoy several of his home-prepared meals; a real treat, to be sure. Ed will be missed by the entire Lexington community.

I will always remember Mr. Lane as a smart and generous man who was quick with a warm smile and a friendly handshake.
I am so grateful to have worked with him on the campaign trail. The 12th District, and Fayette County at-large, will benefit for years to come because of the work and planning performed by Mr. Lane. He will be greatly missed.
