I was sorry to learn of Elaine's passing. I never met Elaine in person but got to know her recently via facebook and email, we talked about our eyes/sports/the weather. Her great personality was easy to recognize from her communications, I always enjoyed hearing from her. My condolences to the family.

I went to school for many years with Elaine and graduated with her from Rankin High in 1963. We had not stayed in touch over the years until I recently connected with her on Facebook. It was a shock to hear of her passing. She was always "bigger than Life".

We will miss our contacts with Elaine. We were so glad when she married Les; she made his life very happy. Both will be in our prayers.

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Elaine's passing. We stayed in touch via Facebook after I left Midland in 2006. She and I both loved the NBA playoffs and we would write posts on Facebook for our respective teams. Elaine loved the Spurs and I love the Mavericks. This NBA playoff season won't be the same without you my dear friend. My condolences to the family. Elaine was a true gem.

Glen and I will miss you! And was so glad we got to see you, just not too long ago! We will always remember all the good times, years ago we shared! Thanks for all your words of wisdom. And that HUMMINGBIRD cake will always remind me of you! Thoughts and prayers to the family! May the good Lord watch over you through this difficult time.

My sympathy for your loss. I've known Elaine since she worked at Cities Service in 1974 with my late husband. She was a very special lady, and will be missed.
