Not sure what to say?

I loved snazzy, beautiful, warm Elaine Savin, like so many others. A room was a party as soon as she entered, and yet her personal touch with each person she greeted was genuine and memorable. The world is a better place because she lived in it. We need her more now than ever.

Dear friends of Elaine - my siblings and are so incredibly touched by these beautiful notes and expressions of sympathy. Your words mean the world to us! Thank you!

My condolences to the Savin clan-Elaine was one of a kind and she will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her-may her memory be a blessing

Stacey, Nina, Sugar, Terri and John, Sending condolences to each of you and your families. I loved your Mom as did all of my sisters. Her warmth and energy lit up every room and she had the most amazing way of making everyone feel special. Her friendship with our Mom made her a steady presence throughout our entire lives and I feel so lucky to have had that. My image of your Mom is of her walking through every door with her arms open for a hug at every important moment in our lives. Sending...

LaLa loved life and all her family and she made you feel part of the family when you were with her. My most memorable time was cruising with her, Sugar and Billy off the coast of Maine in a magnificent sailboat. I was on my own so LaLa was my date; she couldn´t have been more fun. All our love and prayers to the Savin family. Bill & Jackie Clifford

So very sorry to all the extended Savin Family. I always enjoyed crossing paths with Elaine. She was lovely in every way.

Hello Savins and deepest condolences from the Harris family. I met Elaine in the sixties when I was a teenager and she asked me to babysit for John. So it was just he and I in the big house. When I found the room with the pool table it was comforting for me! Then when Donna and I got engaged in 1974, Elaine and Peter threw us a wonderful party. Very thoughtful! But it was through my mom, dubbed Choo Choo by Elaine, that I really got to know her. They were very close friends and it showed...

Elaine was an elegant, larger than life lady who loved her family, friends (pals) and favorite causes. She came to visit me after a leg injury when I was 14 and almost 50 years later we shared an imitate dinner together at my mother's home where it seemed like no time had passed in between visits. Jeryl and I send love and support to all of the Savin family.
