Not sure what to say?

Martha, and family, My prayers are with you, and your family. Love to you all, during this sad time. Susan Elizabeth Glass

I worked in the front office at South Sacramento Pet Hospital for Dr. Bower back in the early 80's. He was a great vet with a great sense of humor. I remember having to take the charge slips away from him because he would "mistakenly" not charge patients and send them to the front with a zero charge (smile). A good ole sad story was enough for him or even maybe a homemade pie. My dog got hit by a car which broke his back while I was there. Against everyone else's advice to put him down, Dr....

Eldon was a great friend when we were in vet school.

Dr. Bower offered me my first job in 1987 after graduating Vet School at UCD. I will never forget him telling me that I will be able to see a lot and do a lot at South Sac. Most important he said to me if you never try to help those impossible cases, you will never get those miracle recoveries, boy was he ever right! I teach that to my students till today! He had a great smile and laugh and was a true mentor and friend. I am very sorry to hear of his passing with my deepest condolences...

We send our condolences to you Martha and family. We are so sorry for the loss of Eldon. He was an awesome family man, and friend to all!

My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Dr. Bower´s was my vet from the 1960 until he retired. He was the best. Made you feel like family. Always had a good joke for me. Best vet ever. R.I.P.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Martha and your family.

Condolences and prayers to the family of Dr. Bowers. He was my dogs Vet back in the 60's and I remember him as a kind, gentle and knowledgeable doctor who I was privileged to have care for my pets. Rest in Peace Dr. Bowers.
