Eleanor Collins

I am sorry to hear of Mrs. Collins' passing. She sold our family her home in Kalmia Farms some years ago. We only met with her a few times, but all remember her very fondly as a lovely lady. I don't think my kids will ever forget her giving them oreo cookies when we came to look at the house (they still mention it when the subject comes up, although they were only 3 and 5 at the time!). The roses and lilacs that Mr. and Mrs. Collins planted are still around, as well as the "my place"...

I will never forget how beautiful your Mom was. I still remember the fun I had climbing those fruit trees in your back yard on Greenwood Ave. Your Mom was a great lady & could she bake a wonderful cake. God bless, Jeannette(Conlon)Mickey
