My thoughts and prayers are with Dr De Guzman's family during this difficult time. I inherited his neat and tidy anesthesia cart when I started my anesthesia career at St Lukes 25 years ago.

I worked with DeGuz as we called him in the Anesthesia Dept. for many years. I always knew he was here early In the morning, he would be greeting someone and his great laugh carried thru the OR halls. He always so kind and sweet to everyone. He was a dedicated professional.
