My sympathies to the family. Mrs. Tingle was my neighbor after I moved to California and was always very kind. We had nice chats in the morning when I was walking my dog and she was carefully tending to her yard. A very nice lady.

So sorry for your loss.
I knew Mrs Tingle from downtown San Pedro where I worked at the time.she was very kind to me, and gave me weekly history lessons regarding WW2. I often thought of her. She will live on in memory.
