Not sure what to say?

Sterling was a lovely lady and a dear friend. I will always remember her softspoken manner and best of all her great laugh. She loved her children more than anything. I will truly miss her and recall the good times we shared with fondness.

In 1976 I did not know Sterling as well as her "little" brother Frank at RJR (76) but was accustomed to seeing her on campus. Sterling went to UNCG where I followed 2 years later. After that I lost touch with her until I moved to Stanaford Rd in 1993. GUESS WHO was my new next-next door neighbor!?! Sterling was my BEST friend in the neighborhood. I'm am so sorry to hear this news. I lost touch with Sterling after high school but remember her as a quiet, sweet person and a beautiful dancer. My prayers are with her family.

It's so hard to lose someone you've known since childhood. I saw Sterling rarely over the past few years but when I did, she always greeted me with her gentle smile and warm personality. She will be missed.

May I express deepest sympathies on behalf of RJ Reynolds Class of 1974. It is such sorrow to lose one of our classmates. Prayers are with the family. We will miss Elizabeth. God be with you during your time of sorrow. We love you Elizabeth.
