Elizabeth Ellis Obituary
Betsy was born and raised in Bardstown. She had lived in Marion, Ala., since 1968.
Betsy was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Scobee and Edith Adams Scobee; her husband of 57 years, Arthur Lewis Ellis; and a brother, James Stephen Scobee.
Survivors include her sister, Emma May Robinson of Cox's Creek; two children, Christopher Dale (Carol) Ellis of Newnan, Ga., and Angela Ellis (Dale) Blocker of Helena, Ala.; three grandchildren, Natalie Elizabeth Blocker, Christopher Dylan Ellis and Matthew Cambron Blocker; and extended family and friends.
The funeral will be Monday, Feb. 2, at Siloam Baptist Church.
