Elizabeth was one of those people who make you smile whenever you see them. I liked her immediately; she had a wonderful smile and was a lovely person. She made our friend, Dean, very happy. She is missed, but she is in Heaven with my Gil. Lots of great people up there!

I was recently searching for Elizabeth on Facebook and came across her obituary. I was so very sorry to hear of her passing. I came to know Elizabeth when she worked for me in Iowa City while she was in college, where she cared for adolescents with disabilities. She then came and worked for me again as the program director at Shady Oaks Camp for Cerebral Palsy, in Lockport, Illinois where she also convinced Jerry Lee to create a video about camp that for many years shared the story of Shady...
