Not sure what to say?

Liz,
You are missed; it has been a little over 2 months since your passing. It does not seem possible. I am so thankful for having known you and being a part of the family; you always made me feel welcomed. I was blessed to spend time and talk with you those last 7 weeks; what courage and strength you showed during this difficult time. You are an inspiration to us all.

Mrs. Vega has a special place in my heart. Not a day passes that I don’t think about her and all around my classroom there are memories of her.
I miss her very much! She was a friend, a mother figure and she loved her job. She is irreplaceable!

Liz, as I knew her, was one of my best friends from the old neighborhood and our Myrtle Grove days. She will be very missed. My sympathies to the entire family. God bless you all. Jan (Gidus) Lane, Athens, TN

My Dearest Liz:

So sorry to know that you are gone...a lifetime of fond memories- just ran across a pencil sketch that you did of me when we were in Myrtle Grove.
Love to Jen, Anne, Sam, Mark & Don.

Your friend for this lifetime and always.

Mrs. Vega always brought a smile to my face. We had so many chats about God and the ups & downs of life. She was an encourager, and she made my days at work better just by being here. I miss her so much, but I know where she is; and I know she knew where she was going.
Love eternally,
Kimberly Davis (COPE SOUTH school nurse)

Elizabeth was a very nice person. I knew her from working with her at J.R.E. Lee Opportunity School and Dorothy M. Wallace COPE Center. She always had a cheerful attitude and a kind smile. I will miss her very much.
